Arrival and departure Rules to bring your dog Ordering, payment and cancellation Bedlinen, towels and cleaning Smoking Electronic payment Internet Arrival and departure Holiday Cottages and camping cabins: arrival after 16:00 and departure before 11:00. Camping: departure before 12:00. Rules to bring your dog 1.    We charge 150 NOK per night (max. 500 NOK per stay) in a holiday cottage or camping cabin and 10 NOK per night on the campsite, for extra work/cleaning. 2.    The dog must always be on a leash. 3.    Use a bag! Remove droppings. 4.    In a holiday cottage or camping cabin the dog is not allowed to go on the bed, couch or chair. 5.    The dog should not be left alone when leaving the site. 6.    The dog must not disturb other guests in any way. 7.    Damage caused by the dog, is to be compensated by the owner of the dog. 8.    At the campsite the host can designates a place where dogs are allowed. 9.    The host has always the right to verify that the rules are followed. If you neglect these rules, you and your dog can be asked to leave. Ordering, payment and cancellation Every order will be confirmed by e-mail. Orders up to 43 days before arrival will receive an invoice for 50% of the total +/- 40 days before arrival. The remaining 50% has to be paid upon arrival. Orders between 42 and 15 days before arrival will receive an invoice for 50% of the total immediately after ordering. The remaining 50% has to be paid upon arrival. Orders between 14 and 0 days before arrival will receive an invoice for 100% of the total immediately after ordering. All invoices are sent by e-mail and contain a payment instruction. Cancellation costs: 50% between 42 days and 15 days before arrival, 100% between 14 days and 0 days before arrival. A minimum of NOK 250 cancellation costs will always be charged. Bedlinen, towels and cleaning Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent bedlinen on site for NOK 50 per person and towels for 10 NOK per person. Please note that final cleaning is not included. Guests can clean the accommodation themselves, or pay a final cleaning fee. Depending on which cottage and the number of nights the fee is minimum 150 NOK and maximum 500 NOK. Smoking Smoking is prohibited in all buildings on the site. Electronic payment We have a payment terminal. If your card doesn't function or with pre-ordering you pay with cash or via an invoice. Internet We offer free wireless internet to all our guests on most parts of the terrain. This does not mean that we guarantee any speed. Thanks for your cooperation! Questions?
